Am-Tech Tap Reseating Tool Heavy Duty
When a new washer doesn't stop a leaking tap. Grinds the seat flat by simply inserting into the tap body and twisting. Suits 12.5mm (1/2") and 19mm (3/4") fittings. Centre bar forged steel to US material spec AISI-4140. Hardened and tempered. Fully rust-proofed.

Monument 458n Tap Reseating Tool
Monument 458N Tap Reseating Tool 1/2 inch BS1010 MON458
Re cuts the seats of worn taps or stopcocks without disconnection from the pipework.
Tapered cones screw into the top of the tap body, provided the tap body is threaded to the top.
For taps with recessed threads in the body, use the parallel bush series.
Cutters are case hardened. The feedscrew allows fine adjustment to the cutter.
All parts are interchangeable.
Fits old series ½ in BS1010 flat seats. Complete with 17 and 19mm (11/16 in and 3/4 in ) flat cutters and a tapered cone.

For taps with recessed threads in body, use parallel bush series.

Fits ½ in and 3/4 in BS5412 bevelled seats.
Complete with 17, 20 mm (11/16 in, 13/16 in Bevelled Cutters.
One double bush.
